The service
UNRECON finds personal data exposed on the internet, assesses the risk of each exposure, requests removal on the client’s behalf and monitors what comes back. The conditions of each plan are set in the contract signed with the client.
Acting on your behalf
Requests are made under an authorization signed by the client, which can be revoked at any time. Each family member or company employee signs their own authorization.
What we do not promise
- Removal of every piece of data. Sites can refuse, and official publications, public court records and journalism often have a legal basis to stay online.
- Response times from third parties. We control when requests are sent and followed up, not how each site answers.
- That removed data will never return. That is why the service includes monitoring and new requests.
Removal through the client’s accounts
A contract option. The client decides which accounts, what can be done and for how long, approves what will be deleted and can revoke access at any time. Rules about the terms of use of the platforms involved are set in the specific agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide true and up-to-date information.
- Request removal only of your own data or of people who authorized you.
- Keep your account protected, with two-step verification turned on.
Cancellation
The client can cancel as set in the contract. Data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Jurisdiction and contact
Jurisdiction, company details and contact channels will be added before publication.
